Saturday morning training with . After our weight sessions we got touches on the ball and passing.
Today’s working consisted of high interval training with core and single leg stability. Again, most exercise in this page are performance based on sport. Give it a try or let us know if you do these currently in your program.
Saturday morning training consisted of weighted push ups, hang cleans, single leg sit to stand and single leg balance with trunk rotation.

Nordic Curls are a great exercise to add during your hypertrophy phase of the annual training program. Hamstring injuries are common in soccer because of the repetitive sprinting, jumping and changes of direction. This exercise increases eccentric hamstring strength which ultimately leads to a increase in sprint performance. Also, through other studies it has yield positive results on linear speed and vertical jump.
Soccer players this is a great exercise to perform in the off season or pre season strength training.
