The Obstacle Circuit

It’s gonna be May!! TRAINING classes move to Leslie Groves, at the calisthenics equipment near the volleyball courts and playground. SKILLS, KIDS, TEENS and RUN COACHING will remain at Columbia Point Marina Park.

We’re not planning to start water workouts in the SKILLS, KIDS or TEENS until it gets a little hotter, but if it keeps getting warmer here in Tri-Cities water workouts might begin early. Otherwise expect closer to July. TRAINING classes expect to have some water exercise options available this month.

No classes starting this Thursday May 7-15th. Coach Daniel will be out for the Montana Spartan Race this upcoming weekend and spend an extra few days exploring the national parks. Back to normal schedule the following week!

Join us for on May 30th!! The next local race on our team’s calendar! Looking ahead make sure to signed up for on June 13th! It’s an epic obstacle course race near Spokane. Great for both kids and adults!! We’ll be there too!!

Spartan Race Seattle! We came! We conquered! So proud of this team!

We’re back in Seattle for the Spartan Race this weekend!! A lot of miles and obstacles conquered here over the years, but it always feels just as exciting as the first time!!

Very excited for this weekend!! Especially the Kids Marathon! You’ll see our team in our red racer jerseys running the race, our team on course guiding the kids and Coach Daniel will be leading the kids race warmup and start line kicking off!

Stop by our booth tomorrow and Saturday to try out some obstacles! And good luck to all the athletes racing this weekend!

The wildflowers are blooming on our local mountains!! This is a perfect time of year to get out and enjoy them. We highly recommend starting on the Dallas Road trailhead on Badger and hiking to the top for some of the most colorful patches of flowers!

Which is also where we’ll be for our TRAINING classes the rest of April! Adults and Kids TRAINING meet at Badger Westgate Trailhead off of Dallas Road.

RUN COACHING, SKILLS and regular KIDS classes will be at Columbia Point Marina Park next to the playground!
