If anyone has an interest in learning more about a healthy eating lifestyle, whether it be for weight loss, muscle gain or just over all feeling better, classes are now being offered in 4 week sessions 😊

While cutting calories through calorie counting will result in weight loss, the major flaw is that the only thing that matters is the number of calories.
