This special night honors the memory and legacy of Tom Manning, whose passion and dedication helped shape BCRA and midget racing in Northern California. We look forward to seeing you all at this event.

Are you looking for an inexpensive way to race a sprint car style car for a lot less money?

A BCRA Lightning Sprint is essentially a scaled-down version of a 360 Sprint Car, featuring the same cutting-edge technology and racing excitement in a more affordable package. Built on a midget-sized chassis with 13-inch wheels, Lightning Sprints are chain-driven by stock high-revving 1000cc inline four-cylinder motorcycle engines and topped with scaled-down nose and top wings for the sprint car look. Reflecting back on a successful night at Watsonville speedway on Saturday. Building a relationship with John Prentice for the last few years and now Rob Gallaher and his team has been very valuable for BCRA and Midget racing.
