Please note: direct sales are not permitted during demos, but you are welcome to hand out business cards and connect with potential customers that way.

A friendly reminder to all RETURNING vendors, your signed contract and deposit must be turned in by June 30th in order to retain your previous booth space for Cowgirl Christmas 2026.

After June 30th, any unpaid or unclaimed spaces will be released back into the floor plan.

✨ Beginning July 7th, all NEW incoming vendors will begin to be placed on the floor map as we continue building a beautifully curated shopping experience for our customers.
