Jr. Lifeguard (the Red Cross GuardStart program) starts this coming Monday, July 30. This is an exciting program that prepares young people ages 10-14 for a future in lifeguarding. It includes training in prevention, fitness, response, leadership and professionalism. If you have any questions about this new program, feel free to contact me! Registration is available now and limited, so if you want your child to learn to swim or continue on their path to water safety, register now at the HROA office.
