Patchogue Family YMCA Piranha's Swim Clinics-Stages 4+ (6-14 YEARS).

This program is for beginner-intermediate swimmers. This coached workout will help build strength, speed, and endurance to complement one's stroke technique. Swimmers will build technique in their starts, turns, and finishes. This is a great program to get swimmers ready for competitive teams, to meet new people, and to greatly enhance their swimming ability.
