Big things are happening at Flex and I’m so excited to officially introduce myself 🖤 Come hangout with us Monday night before Zumba for a meet & greet. Whether you have been part of the Flex family for years, brand new, or you’ve been thinking about trying a class, everyone is welcome!

My goal is to keep everything you love about Flex while continuing to grow, bring new ideas, and create a place where everyone feels comfortable no matter their fitness level.

Come check out the space, meet instructors, learn more about classes & what’s coming up next. Maybe even stay for Zumba 😉
