CURIOUS about our over 55 Senior Fit classes? 🧐
1. Every Sr.Fit class starts with an overview of the workout.
2. The general warm-up: gets the blood flowing and your joints juicy.
3. Specific warm-up: review and practice the movements you'll be using that day.
4. Strength training: Slow & controlled movement w/ heavy (for you) weights to build muscle.
5. Met-Con: short or long, this part of the hour is to get your heart rate up, cause you to sweat, and work your metabolic systems.
6. Cool down & Stretch
And that's it! ONE HOUR start to finish all with a coach to guide you every step of the way.

Working out with your son just hits different✨
Once in a while only one person shows up for CrossFit Kids and Coach Meagen takes them in to work with the adult class. What a treat for 🥰 Her son, Beckett has over 100 classes under his belt so he was READY to show his mom what he was capable of.
CrossFit Kids classes (5-8 year olds & 9-12 years olds) meet twice weekly and will continue to do so ALL SUMMER. Reach out to 843-452-0177 for more information.
