I'm an Ace-certified Health Coach. I earned my Pilates certification through Power Pilates in 2009, and my Barre certification from Beyond Barre in 2011. I've been teaching classes daily in Barre, Pilates, Sculpt and Boot Camp since 2009, and entirely virtually since March of 2020! Mine were CONNECT, STRENGTH, SELF-CARE, ALIGNMENT

Happy New Year! I've been thinking a lot about what I want for my life in 2022. I don't know about you, but I feel a calmness about it. I'm going to approach this year with an ease and peace, and I already feel it working. I still have my goals, but there is no desperation or urgency. I don't feel the need to start off with a BANG. I'm going to do what feels right and tweak my goals along the way, again, based on what FEELS right.

I will be starting a 4-Week January Reset on January 3 through January 28. All classes will be Barre/Sculpt on Zoom 8:30-9:20am, Monday-Friday. It's a total-body workout, with each week bringing new exercise moves. Class prices/passes are the same; $120/15 classes, $72/8 classes, $10/1 class. We have been doing daily classes on Zoom since April of 2020, and it's working out great! You don't even have to be seen on screen if you don't want to!

For me, January will be a MIND, BODY, SPIRIT reset. I'll share more about that tomorrow. Please let me know if you have any questions. I'd love to have you join me!!!☀️🌈❤️

Happy Sunday!☀️ I’ve got something special for y’all! I’m starting a 4-Week Challenge tomorrow. (Mon- Sat, March 8- April 3) I’m talking guaranteed results if you commit to this workout 4-6 times a week. I took my measurements and “before” pics yesterday, and I mean business! I encourage you to do the same. Let’s end this quarantine-phase of our lives with a BANG!!!🎉 Same class passes/prices. Straightforward moves with high reps to sculpt your entire body! Class is officially 8:30-9:30, but I’ll be signing in at 8:15 and doing freestyle cardio and arms (basically skipping and moving my arms for 15 minutes), so join that too if possible.
