🔥 1. Describe leadership in 3 words? Authentic. Compassionate. Intentional.

📚 2. Where have you seen the most growth in your own leadership journey?

Education: it taugh me a look of patiences. I used to move fast and expect everyone to keep up but now I try to stop and understand what’s going on with someone/something before reacting. I believe that their is a season for a reason.

💪 3. What is your current toughest leadership challenge in the HR industry?

Finding the right people from the start. Most business and owners are posting jobs without a real idea of what they want within that job description. They might not have clear picture of their culture or values. So they hire the wrong person and wonder why they're replacing them 6-9 months later or that hire leave. Guiding leaders with this concept is a different one but is one that can be powerful for everyone involved.

🏈 4. What leader (dead or alive) would you love to have coffee with?

Nick Saban, not just for the championships, but for his steadfast dedication to truth. Even when it’s tough to hear, he truly wants his players to succeed. But he won’t push you too hard. You need to show up, give it your all, and put in the effort. If you can’t do that, he’ll be the first to let you know. Maybe this isn’t the right fit for you. It’s not mean; it’s just honest. Your potential is rare, and there are no free rides or participation trophies. There’s a quiet, noble expectation that if you want something, you have to earn it. That’s the kind of leadership I respect the most.
