This boars was a donation to the and sold at auction for $5500. This art board depicts the famous Pawleys Island shell which is a symbol of love, protection, and connection to the sea. T.C Surfboards is proud to support the Smith Medical Clinic and the valuable services it provides to our local community.

After three weeks of being laid up after her hernia surgery. It feels good to be back in the shop. Did a little inlay today .The deck will have the same inlay.Next week will be back full throttle. I have a stack of blanks to shape. I’m excited. Cheers everyone.

I work out on your custom surfboard. I wrestle with your blank to create the baddest board .Then I get all sticky with it and glass it then I get all dusty with it and sand it. Then I buff the gloss so you can see yourself. Then you surf it !

It’s been too cold here in Pawleys Island to glass so I shaped a couple boards for the hardcore surfers that go out when it’s freezing and pumping surf.
I remember those days! Memories.

Remembering that day when it was clean.

Being in a Shaper and understanding the way water flows around an object it’s amazing what you can come up with I really enjoyed shaping this board,
It worked really well. You just have to have the right mindset to Surf it. Alaina

I went to Greenroom in Wrightsville Beach today to pick up Foam Blanks for orders, and I saw these two blanks. The swirls of color are added to the foam just before it’s poured in the blank mold. They are super cool and ready to be hand shaped to your specifications!
