From the moment we stepped into the ring, the energy was electric! The coaches led our mentees through an empowering series of boxing & Muay Thai drills and exercises, fostering teamwork, discipline, and self-belief. It was incredible to witness the bonds formed between mentors and mentees, as they shared moments of growth, resilience, and laughter.
