Four Days of good training. Incredible weekend with lots of hard working Budoka. I feel very privileged to be among these fine human beings who improve themselves and each other. Many thanks to all of your families and friends for sharing your precious time with me. Not much time for pics or vids this time due to the hard work done by all. Such a fun weekend with an Embu to finish it off.
Also congrats to those that received promotions today. Thank you for all your hard work.
