Time to put in work, we all got a job to do!!!
If you’ve given SELF a few too many free passes or easy let off the hooks and are FRUSTRATED with your LACK of progress 🤦🏾♀️🙇🏽♀️🙋🏾♂️ There may be a word or two in this one for ya, friend.

Firstly, you’re being to dang easy on yourself! If you give yourself “no big deal” passes on every broken commitment to self... then you’re essentially practicing being that friend who stands you up all the time BUT THAT FRIEND IS YOU- STANDING YOURSELF UP!! No bueno! Stop rewarding your “bad behavior” your lack of follow through, your no apology given and no repercussions for your own faulty mentality actions SELF.

Build accountability around your choice. It’s Monday meaning it’s a new week to either show up for yourself and make progress or do the same janky start strong- give up mid week bull crap 💩. ISSA WORD. Can we be real on this Monday please. 💪

I’m going to be honest with y’all.
We give ourself way too much permission to be average when we know we weren’t meant to be mediocre!

Most of us have this concept that balance in life is healthy. And I get it, taking 4 steps forward and 2 steps back is still a progression, but you have to respect momentum enough to know that those 2 steps back may not always stop at ONLY 2 steps back. Having to recreate momentum every single week to get a few good days in just to slow down again sounds like a fight you are placing on yourself.
