If you’ve been to a class with Danielle or Shannah, you have probably witnessed the fine balance of teaching with both joy and reverence. And perhaps found an opportunity to access to both greater energy and deeper contemplation because of it.

We’d love for you to join us in two weeks at our YTT Info Session, to speak with them about what our teacher training might offer you, and what you might then offer to your communities (spoiler: it’s more than simply the skills to teach yoga).

Certainly, a yoga practice can happen anywhere: in your living room, on the way to work, when you’re out to eat. But we believe that practicing in a yoga room, in community, is a singular and invaluable experience. That it soothes us energetically, focuses us mentally, inspires us physically 🔥

Every Thursday at the studio (and online!), you can join Sarah for Mat Pilates. Pilates combines the pillars of concentration, control, center (the core), breath, precision, and flow, to create a strong physical and mental practice. Sound familiar?

At Satsang, we see this modality as an invaluable complement to our asana practice — offering focused attention to the core, especially. So, come tend to the powerhouse of your body. Come strengthen your mental focus. Come practice.
