Paddles Up for dragon boat races with a signature beer, new soccer partnership PAWTUCKET – James Toomey’s first Rhode Island Chinese Dragon Boat Races and Taiwan Day Festival as president of the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council will feature a statement beer.
