🌟 Warrior Of The Month 🌟
Lindsey Morel is consistent with her training, she is dedicated to her teammates and she works hard each and every day.
She has a way of making newer students feel at ease and always seeks out to help in any way she can.
It is truly her superpower! 🦸🏻🌟
We could not be more proud to have her on our team!

💪🏽 TFW WARRIOR TRANSFORMATION 💪🏽
Cesy has lost 27 lbs. of fat and gained 7 lbs. of lean muscle!
After getting out of long term relationship, Cesy was exausted and in the worst shape of her life.
Her clothes were baggy and she was embarrassed with what she let herself become.
Chronic knee, back, neck and shoulder pain made her job, being active with her boys and getting through the day really difficult. Tylenol was a regular thing just make it through.
Cesy was fed up with living this way......
After seeing TFW student phenominal transformation online, it gave her hope that she too could be a warrior.
She signed up and went all in with her new team.
After a year and a half, Cesy has built a whole new life!
She recently said.....”
I have no more pain and haven’t taken anything for it in over a year.
My energy is through the roof and I am loving all the new muscle that I have. I feel strong and athletic.
I can run, jump, sprint and I feel like a kid again.
Recently I even completed a half marathon!
I love my team and look up to my coaches. They always know the best thing for you and how to get the most from you.
