The love I have for these ladies I got a bit emotional on Friday 😭 🥹 😢 one it was the last workout for the summer but I’m going to miss the seniors. I will miss them terribly.

Working with the team again this summer has been nothing short of an honor—bittersweet, too. 💙 These girls showed up, worked hard, and the gains were incredible to see.
