As many of you know, Lori is an important part of our FitCo PTC family. At this time, she's stepping away from teaching her evening classes so she can care for her mother-in-law during this season of life.

Family comes first, and we're grateful to support her just as she's supported so many of us over the years. ❤️

You'll still find Lori teaching her popular Monday and Saturday morning classes, and our updated August schedule is below.

Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to support both Lori and our FitCo PTC community!
