Dance Contempra

students ages three and older. These styles of dance include: Classical Ballet, Contemporary Ballet, Hip-hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Musical Theater and Tap; as well as an Adult Ballet Fit program. Our dance philosophy is that the strongest dancers train in a variety of dance styles. Our faculty and staff are qualified and trained in their field of expertise. Many of our faculty have danced with professional companies and strive to help each student reach their short and long term goals. We focus on building the dancers technique while also developing personal relationships with the student to further aid in their career needs. Dance Contempra places its focus solely on the students. Performance opportunities are available for all student to participate in. These opportunities include the winter and spring performances produced by Dance Contempra, and community based performance such as Jazz on Tap; Ballet Fest and other arts organizations through school programs. Each show is performed entirely by our student body including the lead roles. Dance Contempra aims to develop an atmosphere that encompasses both the physical ability and love for dance.
