🌟 MEET OUR ATHLETE OF THE MONTH: SABRINA! 🌟
We’re kicking off the month by celebrating Sabrina, our newest CrossFit PTC Athlete of the Month! ❤️
Sabrina is a busy mom, stepmom, Delta flight attendant, traveler, outdoor adventurer—and someone who once thought CrossFit probably wasn’t for her.
“I always thought CrossFit wasn’t for me, that I wasn’t going to be able to lift that much and wasn’t ‘fit’ enough for it.”
And yet… here she is. 💪
Hitting PRs on squats and deadlifts.
Getting stronger.
Sleeping better.
Making better nutrition choices.
Feeling more energetic and confident in her body.
And already setting her sights on her next goal: pull-ups!
But one of the things we love most about Sabrina’s story is her WHY.
“I want to set a good and healthy example for my 7-year-old son. Show him how both men and women can be so strong—not only physically but mentally.”
For Sabrina, this isn’t just about what she can lift today. It’s about being strong and healthy for the life she wants to keep living with the people she loves.
And somewhere along the way, the woman who wasn’t sure she was “fit enough” for CrossFit discovered just how strong she really is. ❤️
We’re so happy you walked through our doors, Sabrina, and we’re excited to celebrate you ALL MONTH LONG!
Drop a ❤️ or 💪 below and help us congratulate our Athlete of the Month!

The results of strength training have a way of showing up.
Maricela has made her workouts a priority, and she knows the value of lifting weights.
Lately, she has been noticing something she is pretty happy about too — more definition in her arms.
That is what consistency does.
You put in the work, you keep showing up, and eventually you start seeing and feeling the difference.
Nice work, Maricela.
Want to feel stronger and see what consistency can do?
Start lifting.

This is what 8 a.m. looks like around here.
A good crew, a little sweat, and a lot of familiar faces showing up and getting the work done.
There is something about training with the same people week after week that makes consistency a whole lot easier.
You notice when someone is missing. You cheer the wins. You laugh through the hard parts.
That is what keeps people coming back.
Find a class time. Find your people. Keep showing up.

She comes in smiling, works like crazy, and leaves smiling too.
Chelsea is a Lunch Express regular who makes coaching easy.
She shows up cheerful, puts in the work, and leaves it all on the floor.
Then somehow, once it is over, the smile is right back.
That is the kind of energy we love in class.
Work hard. Have fun. Come back and do it again.
That is a pretty good way to spend a lunch break.
Don't you think?

Not everyone wants a big class. Not everyone wants to train alone.
Our semi-private personal training gives you the best of both worlds.
You train in a small group of 2–4 people, so your coach can still pay close attention to your movement, your goals, and your progress.
At the same time, you get the energy and accountability of having other people beside you.
It is a great option if you want:
* more individual coaching
* programming that can be adjusted for you
* a smaller, more comfortable setting
* accountability without the feel of a large class
* a little more attention without going fully one-on-one
It is personal training with a little built-in community.
If group classes feel like too much, but training alone is not your thing, semi-private training may be a really good fit.
Want to know if semi-private training would work for you?

You are not supposed to know how to do CrossFit before you start CrossFit.
Merary is working through her On-Ramp sessions with Coach Jen and Isabel, who is currently training to become a coach.
On-Ramp gives new members time to learn the movements, ask questions, and get comfortable before jumping into group classes.
There is no pressure to already know what you are doing.
The goal is for you to feel safe, comfortable, and confident when you walk into class for the first time.
That is why we take the time to teach first.
Thinking about CrossFit but nervous about starting?
On-Ramp is where we begin.
