🍂 Rest looks different for everyone. Sometimes we need physical rest; other times, we need a break from responsibility, expectations, or constantly being “on.”

Ask yourself: What kind of rest am I actually craving? 🤎

🍂 Sometimes, rest begins with a boundary.

We often think we need to find more time to rest—but sometimes we need to protect the time we already have.

Saying:
🤎 “I can’t take that on right now.”
🤎 “I’m not available tonight.”
🤎 “I need some time for myself.”
🤎 “That doesn’t work for me.”

isn’t selfish. It’s creating room to breathe, recharge, reconnect, and protect your peace.

Boundaries don’t push people away—they help you stay connected to yourself.

This fall, ask yourself:
✨ What boundary could create more room for rest in my life?

You don’t have to carry it all. 🤎 work it out wellness has an amazing team of therapist ready to help support you in the process.

🍂 FALL BACK — Week 2: Rest Without Guilt

Rest doesn’t have to wait until you’ve finished the to-do list, answered every message, or completely run out of energy.

Sometimes rest looks like 10 minutes without your phone.Sometimes it’s sitting outside, taking a slow shower, reading, listening to music, taking a nap—or simply doing nothing.

✨ Try replacing “I should be doing something” with:
“Rest is something I am choosing to do.”

What would intentional rest look like for you today?

🍂 FALL BACK: A Reminder to Rest

Sometimes your mind and body start asking for rest before you realize you’re running on empty.

If everything feels overwhelming, you’re more irritable than usual, having trouble concentrating, or constantly thinking “I just need to get through this week,” it may be time to pause.

Rest isn’t something you have to earn after you’ve done everything.
It’s part of taking care of yourself along the way. 🤎

This September, we’re learning to FALL BACK—into rest, into balance, and back into ourselves.

🎒💛 First day of school feelings aren’t just for kids.

As parents, we can feel ALL the things—excitement, pride, worry, sadness, relief… and yes, maybe a few tears. 🥹

Your child is stepping into a new chapter, and so are you. It’s okay to miss them. It’s okay to feel nervous. It’s okay to feel proud and emotional all at once.

Take a deep breath. Trust the love and foundation you’ve given them. And remember, you don’t have to navigate big transitions alone. 🌱

💬 Parents, what emotion are you feeling most as your little one starts school for the first time?
