That’s a wrap on 8 weeks of speed and agility training with Coach Louis Allen from RG Fitness!

A huge THANK YOU to Coach Lou for investing his time, energy, and knowledge into our boys over these past 8 weeks. The growth we’ve seen has been incredible… not just in their speed, but in their footwork, explosiveness, coordination, and confidence.

We’re so thankful for Coach Lou and everything he has poured into this group. The boys are leaving these 8 weeks faster, stronger, and ready to keep working! Thank you, Coach Lou, for pushing them and helping them become better athletes!
