Your achievement isn’t just about 30,000 push-ups — it’s about 30,000 moments of perseverance, grit, and unbreakable spirit. At 75 years young, you’ve proven that strength has no age limit and that discipline outlasts time.
Every rep was a testament to your heart, your drive, and the power of showing up — day after day, push after push. You’ve turned what most would call impossible into your new normal, reminding us all that true athletes don’t just train their bodies; they train their will.

One day can change everything….In honor of those that lost their lives 23 years ago we have dedicated a Hero WOD for our athletes to complete. We will never forget!🇺🇸❤️🩹

The workout symbolizes the events that unfolded on September 11, 2001, in its design. The date and year are represented by the row (i.e. 2001 meters) and the 9 movements, each including 11 repetitions. The 125-pound Thrusters represent the deaths that occurred at the Pentagon; the 175-pound Power Clean stands for UA Flight 175 that collided with the South Tower; Flight 77 and Flight 93 were combined and are represented in the 170-pound Deadlift; and the 110-pound Push Jerk signifies the number floors in each of the Twin Towers.
***NOTE***If athletes begin the WOD with a Row, they finish with a Run and vice versa.
~ Athletes may only use 1 bar and must switch out their own weights out their own weights
