Pizza Party, Swimming, & SnowCones to close out the last day of Summer Rec🍕🤿🍧☀️

As this summer comes to an end, so does my time with the PC Summer Rec Program. After 5 incredible summers, I've decided it's time to pass the torch. It has been an honor to be part of so many wonderful memories, and I'll always remember the laughs, field trips, and smiles we shared. Thank you to all of the families, kids, and community members who made these years so special.

Water Games & Dodgeball Tournaments from this week!

It’s hard to believe, but tomorrow is our LAST DAY! We always celebrate the last day with a pizza party.🍕 You do not need to send a lunch tomorrow, just a water bottle! We will also be swimming and stopping for snow cones before heading back to PC!🍧🤿If your child wants a snow cone, please send them with extra money!

‼️A few things about Urban Air tomorrow‼️

- The bus will leave at 10:30!

- We will be eating lunch at a park in Rockford before heading to the Trampoline Park!

- We will be back in town around 3:15!

- Please send a non-microwaveable lunch, trampoline socks (if you have them), and a water bottle!

- If you haven’t filled out a waiver, please do so ASAP and let Ella know! Spots have almost filled up.

Waivers for the Urban Air are due ‼️TOMORROW‼️ If you have already filled it out online, please let Ella know so she can add your child’s name to the list📝! If the waiver is not filled out, your child cannot attend on Thursday.

Tomorrow is Fair Day🐄! The bus leaves at 9:00! Please send your child with their PC Park Shirt (if you have one), tennis shoes, and a water bottle they can carry. We will be having lunch at the Hog House, so you do not need to send a lunch. We will be back in PC around 3:30!

📝🐄Hey PCPD Parents!🐄📝

We are officially going to the fair on Tuesday! The bus will leave PC at 9:00! We will spend nearly all day at the fair, getting a full tour and exploring the barns/exhibits! Lunch will be provided from the Hog House; kids can choose from a roast pork or ham sandwich with fries on the side! Please be sure to send a water bottle and tennis shoes! No extra money is needed. We will return to PC around 3:30.

Below you will find the correct link for the trampoline park waiver. It must be signed by 7/21, if it is not your child will not be able to attend on 7/23. We are heading to the Rockford location. Please let Ella know when the waiver has been signed online! You can also print out a signed copy and give it to Ella before the due date.

Attached you will find the calendar for the reminder of the summer! Please note that tomorrow has been changed to Water Games because of the heat. Please send a swim suit, towel, and sunscreen! The Fair is TBD, I’m working on getting things finalized today.

On Thursday the 23rd we will be heading to Urban Air in Rockford. A waiver is required AND has to be filled out by 7/21‼️ If you do not have the waiver completed by then, your child will unfortunately not be able to attend. Please let Ella know if you complete the online waiver! I can also send you the paper form via text.
