A quick reminder to our RGP family that the academy will be CLOSED this Saturday, September 5th through Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Enjoy the long weekend, spend some time with family and friends, and come back ready to hit the mats! 🥋

Across the board, Champions Level 1 and Champions Level 2 have seen some very well deserved promotions this week!

Join us in congratulating Olivia, Amelia, Thomas, Harvey, and Mario on their new stripes, and a huge congratulations to Elise on moving up to Champions Level 2! 👏

And an extra big shoutout to Mario for earning his very first stripe! What a milestone!

Our entire Warriors class has really upped the focus and intensity over the past two weeks, and it has been awesome to see that hard work rewarded with well deserved promotions, from our highest belts all the way to some very first stripes!

Congratulations to Ezekiel, Zaina, Danya, Enzo, Talin, Malina, and William on your well deserved stripes!

Even more importantly, thank you for being such great examples for our newer students here at RGP. Your focus, effort, attitude, and willingness to help those around you are exactly what makes this team so special.

Some very well deserved stripe promotions for Aidan, Elie, Tyson, and Rick!

Each of these men has committed to their own growth and, in the process, helped raise up the people around them. From tournament prep to finding time to train while balancing full workloads, full families, and the absolute thrash that is back to school season, consistent time on the mat has been the foundation for growth.

Progress doesn’t always come from doing something extraordinary. Sometimes it’s simply showing up, putting in the work, and doing it consistently.

Congratulations on another step forward, gentlemen! Keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and keep lifting up the people around you. 👊

Just a reminder that RGP will be closed tomorrow as our team will be out supporting and competing at two local tournaments, and one all the way out in Las Vegas!

We’re excited to have so many of our teammates representing RGP on the mats, and we can’t wait to cheer them on, celebrate their hard work, and support our entire team.

We are so sorry to send out yet another cancellation notice, but our HVAC system continues to lose its battle with the Texas heat. 🥵

Unfortunately, we will be closed this evening due to the increased temperatures and the need to dry out our water soaked mats once again.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through this.

Crisis averted! ALL CLASSES ARE BACK ON!

Special thanks to all who offered to help and to those who reacted so quickly to do exactly that. Grateful for such a generous and caring community here. And special thanks to Harry Tj Montecinos for getting our AC back up and running right away!

Team, unfortunately our A/C system couldn’t keep up with the triple digit heat over the weekend and gave out. Before it did, it dumped a significant amount of water onto our mats. 😩

We’re currently in cleanup and dry out mode, and we have an HVAC technician on the way. Unfortunately, because of the water and to ensure everyone’s safety, we have to cancel all classes this evening.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’ll keep everyone updated as we know more. We appreciate your support and hope to be back on the mats as soon as possible!
