COACH SPOTLIGHT: LUKE 👋

Meet our newest coach, Luke! 🎉

30 years old, 8 years married to Meghan, dad to two girls, former competitive swimmer, beach kid at heart, F1 fan, furniture builder, and apparently someone who decided doing ring muscle-ups for fun was a good idea.
Luke started CrossFit in 2025 and has officially gone from “guy who works out here” to “guy who gets to tell you what to do.” 😂

You’ll probably catch him coaching the 9 AM crew, hanging with his girls, talking F1, or finding an excuse to get to the beach.

💀 MONSTER MASH 2026 — WE’RE LIFTING FOR A BIGGER CAUSE. 👻

Our in-house competition is happening Saturday, October 31st | 7AM–2PM at Cosmic CrossFit!

This year, it’s about more than just throwing down. A portion of the proceeds raised from the event will go to the JaclynStrong Foundation, supporting individuals and families affected by traumatic brain injury through advocacy, education, and resources. 💙
