And an unforgettable milestone for our family, Professor Marcelo receiving his 6th degree on his black belt, marking 25 years as a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu. Congratulations Professor Marcelo and thank you, Master Draculino, for paving the way and for being such an important part of this journey.

For Valentine’s Day, our students brought their valentines to train… And what we saw was more than Jiu-Jitsu.
We saw connection. Support. Laughter. Teamwork.

At Gracie Barra Pearland, we don’t do playgrounds. We don’t do obstacle courses. We train real Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu and we do it seriously.

From the youngest kids, we push for discipline, respect, focus, and effort every day. Our classes are structured and purposeful because we know that only through hard work do our students build self‑confidence and achieve real results.

Our kids know the mat is a classroom, not a play zone and that mindset is why we consistently place among the top schools in the big state tournaments. Training here means becoming a champion on the mats and in life.

Today was a memorable day.
Mestre Draculino received his Coral Belt. A milestone that represents not only decades of dedication, discipline, and sacrifice, but also a lifetime of service to Jiu-Jitsu.

Reaching this level is something very few ever achieve. It demands unwavering commitment, mastery, leadership, and an unshakable love for the art. And Mestre Draculino embodies all of this and more.

As one of the true pioneers of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he helped pave the way for generations. His vision, courage, and relentless work are part of the foundation of our entire community.
