Job 1 complete 4 weeks with a bonus week ! What’s next ?

Completed job 1 There’s so many moves I can’t do since my surgery but I am going to keep on keeping on this was a 20 minute program a total of five weeks I loved it 20 minutes of intensity went by so quickly!

After a two year breast cancer battle I still have to take this chemo pill for five years which makes they have at least 20 hot flashes a day and I don’t feel myself or a strong as I once was the doctors said with this pill walking by estrogen and kicking me into full menopause Then I will gain 15 to 20 pounds and not be able to lose it while on this pill. Well I reviewed those words and I’m back I am starting my routine all over again and I have to lose 20 pounds I am the CEO of my life and my boss is the Lord so join me on this journey and see if I can beat the odds

Hi guys. I’m Back !!!! After 16 chemos a month of radiation and 3 surgeries I’m ready ! So many new programs ! I’m ready to help so many who wants to be on my team ? There is an Arsenal (Netflix ) of workouts ! Something for everyone there are over 1000 programs ! 3 to 4 new every year from top trainers! Very very reasonable and the beauty is you can do it from anywhere you have internet !

God is amazing me the strength he is giving me 1 and 2 days after chemotherapy! Day 22 /80 day this is my 3 rd round I’m doing it again because I had taken 31/2 months off . Processing that I had cancer ,all the doc appts ,and the 3 months of the red soldier it was almost impossible to move a lot of days ! I’m gonna continue to push myself and hope to inspire others if I can do this with cancer you can do this ! Get moving don’t let disease in your body . It’s easier to stay out of trouble then to get out of trouble right now I’m getting out of trouble.
