Where should you place your Longshot Target Camera? 🎯

A good starting point is 10–20 feet from the target, but the ideal distance depends on the size of the target you’re shooting.

Smaller target? Move the camera a little closer to maximize the detail when you pinch and zoom.

Larger target? Move it farther back so you can get the entire target in frame.

Longshot cameras use a fixed-focus lens, so while watching the camera feed on your phone or tablet, simply move the camera closer or farther away until the image is clear.

Our preference: frame the target so the top and bottom are near the edges of the camera feed, leaving a little extra room on the sides.

Dial in your camera placement before heading back to the firing line and you’ll get a much better view of every shot.
