Sundance Yoga Studio offers therapeutic yoga classes for every age and skill level- proudly serving Sundance Swing Yoga uses a swing suspended from the ceiling like a prop to help deepen your stretch in asana (postures).

The swing allows all students the opportunity to experience inversions with little to no pressure of limbs or neck. The instability of doing the poses with the swing provides a constant need for the student to engage, calling deeply to all avenues of the core to participate, yet still always supported by the swing.

🧘 Follow your teacher's direction to prevent injuries🏥 🧑‍⚕️.


Remember, 🙏Yoga is a journey, not a 🏅competition. Push yourself only to YOUR edge but not to the point of pain🏥. This is very difficult for athletes 🚴🏈🏀🏃, dancers 🕺🩰, gymnasts🤸‍♀️ .... you know who you are 🙃
