Athleticism starts long before sport-specific skills. 👏💥
The stronger the foundation, the greater the potential — which is why our Youth Strength Camp focuses on quality movement, coordination, control, and foundational strength that carries over into every sport and everyday life.
We’ll teach the details that are often overlooked in high school weight room settings — things like positioning, control, stability, tempo, and how to move efficiently and safely under load. The goal isn’t just to work hard, but to learn how to train well for life! 💪
Only 6 spots available to keep things hands-on and personal! Open to all kids wanting to move better, build strength, and gain confidence — no sports experience required.

We’ve added a new 7:00 AM Semi-Private Strength Training time on Mondays • Tuesdays • Thursdays.
If getting your training done early sets the tone for your day (or you’re working on becoming that person), this new time gives you a little more flexibility 👏
Current Semi-Private Strength Training Schedule:
• Mondays: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM
• Tuesdays: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM
• Thursdays: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM
• Fridays: 6:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM
