When you break it down, fitness all boils down to consistency. String a few good days together. Then that turns into a few good weeks. Eventually, you string enough weeks together and you’ve created a lifestyle. It takes consistency to get you those results you want. Just ask ! She shows up everyday, she eats right, she sleeps enough, and voilà!

🚨PCF Athletes!🚨

We’re going to be entering a new training cycle starting on Monday. Our strength component is going to be largely based on a Hatch Olympic Lifting Cycle. There will be plenty of squats and an emphasis on technique in our Olympic Lifts.
-
Since the volume of squatting is so high, we suggest that you go into this cycle with a conservative training max. In order to calculate that, take your current 1RM for Back Squat and multiply it by 0.90. Also, do the same calculation for your Front Squat. The results should give you your “Training 1RM”. We want all our athletes to be able to see this cycle to completion and reap all of the benefits.

We will deload from this cycle after every 3 weeks! Let’s get to work!

Sunday’s Cardio Party was a BLAST! It apparently got a little windy! We sweat, we danced, we laughed, we sang, and we had a great time! There were 14 of us today, but a few had to cut out before we took the picture! Good vibes, good music, and good times!
