A comment will not be edited or modified to remove unacceptable content; instead, the entire comment will be deleted. Thank you to all the players, families and coaches who joined us for a great weekend of tennis. Players enjoyed a complimentary lunch on Saturday, and Big Whiskey was on-site Sunday serving lunch on the patio.

Happy Labor Day from the Racquet Club!

We hope you get the chance to get out and enjoy this beautiful day with friends and family! We will observe holiday hours on the courts today, 9 a.m.- 3 p.m., so our staff can enjoy the holiday as well!

We honor the people whose hard work, skill, and dedication keep our community moving forward. From those who serve and protect to those who teach, build, create, care for others, operate local businesses, and contribute in countless other ways, your work makes Pelham a stronger place to live.

Congratulations to our team that recently competed in the USTA 18+ Mixed Doubles State Championship in Dothan! 🎾

The team finished third in its flight and had a great time representing Pelham. Thank you to captains Donovan Pieper and Wendy Nace for their leadership, and congratulations to the entire team on a strong showing! 👏

In observance of Labor Day, the following closings and special hours will be in effect Monday, September 7:

• Pelham Senior Center
• Pelham Civic Complex & Ice Arena

SPECIAL HOURS

• Pelham Racquet Club: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Pelham Parks & Recreation Rec Center: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Ballantrae Golf Club: Regular hours with holiday rates

Regular business hours will resume Tuesday, September 8.
