Every time I check prices or place another order, it seems like the cost goes up again. “Wait for it to come back down” hasn’t been much of a strategy lately.

I can already hear the keyboards clicking: “You can get it cheaper!” “You should’ve gone somewhere else!” 😂 If you’ve got a legitimate source that can save us some money on comparable material, let us know. We’re always willing to listen.

We feel like we’ve got a good distributor, and we’re doing the best we can to keep costs under control. But this is what goes into a project before the first cut, weld, or hour of labor.

Nice things cost money—and this is part of why. 💸

Last year this week. Can't say ive been super pleased how racing and business has gone this year but this puts it in to prospective how far we have came this year and im pretty proud of what we are building in Pelham going forward.

Imagine a whole backstretch full of cars with observation decks on top. 😂 Now THAT would be the ultimate tailgate experience!

We got to talking about it on the podcast after building a smaller deck for a customer’s Jeep for offshore fishing trips. Something like that would be pretty sweet at South Boston or for a weekend at Southern National’s Thanksgiving Classic! 🏁

Believe it or not, it’s observation deck season at Midnight Performance. We’re starting another one today, have several lined up for the winter, and went from slow to about two weeks behind just like that!
