These ladies put in hard work each week to sharpen their skills. I am extremely proud of this team and can't wait to see the great things they accomplish over time.

Our Champions Martial Arts FL⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Competition Team had a GREAT showing at the 2026 Heart and Soul Taekwondo Championships. Our Forms and Sparring Team put out great performances and showed heart, grit, and the will to overcome adversity.

Happy International Taekwondo Day !!

On September 4, 1994 The International Olympic Committee (IOC) voted to include taekwondo during its 103rd session in Paris, France.

It later debuted as an official medal event at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
