Life is a foundation… it is not made in a day, it’s not flimsy or weak, it’s what holds everything and without it you have useless pieces… so don’t hope life gives you what you want. Take the pieces in front and construct a

Greeting To all my GMG Fitness members and followers.
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I announce the resumption of our services at GMG Fitness. We will re-open for business on August 1st, 2022. We will begin with resumption of personal training sessions and add additional classes and services as we progress through August. During my down time, I have been looking at new and innovative ways to help you reach your fitness goals. I will be updating the website and booking portal with some new information, so please take a moment to review these updates effective August 1st, 2022. Closing the gym was one of the hardest decisions I had to make, knowing that I was disrupting the progression of your fitness programs. For that, I sincerely apologize. The anticipation of being able to resume my sessions with you and being a part of your fitness goals was a major motivation during my recovery. Let me take the opportunity again to thank you all for the well wishes, they were truly appreciated. Please take a moment to reach out to me next week and let me know your availability, so I can begin scheduling August 2022 sessions.

Let’s talk a little bit about stretching and what stretching does to your body.
Stretching Keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in our joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. When it’s time for the next workout session, they are weak and unable to extend all the way.
Clients when I say stretch make the time and do your stretching. 💚💙❤️
Some benefits 💫💫💫
- Decrease muscle stiffness and increase range of motion.
- Reduce your risk of injury
- Helps relieve post-exercise aches and pains
- Improves posture
- Helps reduce or manage stress

I am just here hanging out with the 4 Pillars of Wellness.
✔️Nutrition - a healthy diet promotes bacteria in the gut that helps “feel good” signals get through the brain.
✔️Exercise - Moving your muscles produces endorphins and a chemical that helps the brain deal with stress.
✔️relaxation - Mentally unwinding can reduce stress and anxiety as well as increase energy and focus.
✔️sleep - A good night’s sleep helps lower stress, improve concentration and boost emotional stamina.
These Pillars work together to keep your mind and body healthy which is crucial to a healthy living.
The four pillars of good health help keep your body running, they also do wonders for your emotional well-being,
Pay attention to each as ignoring one could impact your ability to sustain the others. The more we balance the four pillars within our lives, the better our chances of feeling good in the long run.

As the year 2021 draws to an end, I would like to take a moment on behalf of the GMG Fitness Team to thank you for your support and encouragement through another very challenging year. We will not lament the challenges we all faced in the past years; those stories are already well told. We would like to inspire hope and encourage you all to continue to drive forward with the hope for a better tomorrow. Let us move into 2022 knowing that only by our own persistence and commitment can we create the changes that we want. The challenges of the coming year already appear to be as relentless as the past. We will therefore encourage all of you to continue to strengthen the mind, the body, and spirit, through exercise, meditation, or whatever helps you find that inner peace. We sincerely hope that the new year brings to you, prosperity, happiness, and joy.
