If you dont exceed your limits then how do you expect to grow... You dont get size and mass from moving weight. You get them from controlling the weight. Sloppy form will give you a sloppy body. Trust me no one cares if you curl the 80lb dumbells your body looks like a bad experience at pizza hut. Pick a weight you can control, slow reps with a squeeze at the top and full stretch at the bottom. Reps around 15 and make sure the last 3 or 4 hurt so bad you question your ability to lift... Its not supposed to be easy and painless. Hard work wins everytime. Drop the ego like anyone cares and get a body worth having an ego over. Kill it.
