If you are a weekend warrior, hyox athlete, cross fitter, spartan race, or love bootcamp. Welcome to the Freakin Gauntlet! April 30th, 2022!

This is the competition to challenge yourself, on a team, through the Guantlet! This is a fitness competition intended to test a team of athletes in multiple fitness domains in a way no competition has tested before! With a team of up to 4, (2 men and 2 women) you will battle through a series of WODs or physical tasks that will test the team, as a whole, in every aspect of fitness. In 60-70mins

Our Story

Welcome to the Freakin Gauntlet! This is an established fitness competition intended to test a team of athletes in multiple fitness domains in a way no competition has tested before! With a team of up to 6, (3 men and 3 women) you will battle through a series of WODs or physical tasks that will test the team, as a whole, in every aspect of fitness. In 60 minutes your team will fight through the gauntlet of events. You will be able to partition the movements and skills as a team. Utilizing and strategizing your team’s strengths and weakness will be extremely important. The teams with the fittest team members will NOT necessarily be the teams standing on the podium in the end. It will be the team that shows great fitness AND is able to strategize the best by using each others strengths to the greatest advantage, “TEAMWORK” Does your team have what it takes to take on the Gauntlet?
