Lots of knowledge dropped at the main school by the goat himself Roger Gracie. It was amazing to share the mats with our brothers and sisters and grow more together. Jiu Jitsu has incredible ways to bring people together.

Competition pushes us to be our best selves. It’s essential to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone.

We are really proud of you kids for stepping up and competing showing lots of heart and determination. Your courage, resilience and sportsmanship inspire us all. Huge congrats also to the parents, your support will take your child to places you would never imagined. Let’s keep working so you guys can keep on shining !!

Another special day for our school today.
Seeing all our favorite faces makes us realize how lucky we all are for having each other. Being present and being in the moment is the biggest and most valuable PRESENT one can have. This is a special one for us. Example of resilience. Even after rough training days he keeps coming back and allowing himself to be in a tough spot. The result is a trust built between student and instructors. The fact that mom signed up and started training plays a huge role on his journey. The cherry on top is that she learned to enjoy Jiu Jitsu. Let’s not forget grandma, she makes sure to drive him in when mom isn’t available. Grandmas rock !!

The road to reaching goals. Stripes and belt promotions mean a lot for the kids, but the path that takes them there is paved by you, parent. Our kids are back to school today and we already see the movement that highlights the effects of too much screen time and its distractions grow throughout our community, our county and our state.
