Jake Jake made awesome changes with his putting stroke today. From a tentative stroke with the head moving to an assertive firm stroke with the head still.

Tiger wood explains Width of Arc - This is just the “breadth” or how far out the hands and club are from your chest (swing center). While expanding the radius helps increase the overall length of the arc, the greater the width the greater the club head speed.

My long awaited first session with EJ Manuel was a tremendous success. We focused on solidifying his grip, stance width and ball position. While his in swing thought was to simply keep head steady and behind the ball through impact.

EJ is very coachable and committed to the changes with just a few friendly reminders. It’s a pleasure to work with athletes who are open to making changes necessary in order to get better. Looking forward to the next session.

My new student has to change his setup: feet and shoulder alignment was way left (open) and his grip was very strong with the right hand. He made great changes! The head still drill will turn into his full golf swing eventually, but he has to learn to feel what the club is doing with the smaller swing swings.
