Thought it’d be funny to jump on the sled and have my clients push me… Next thing I know I’m flying across the turf like a 5-year-old in a shopping cart 😂💨

💭 What Does Grow N Glow Fitness Mean to Me?
🚧 This pause was needed for some self-reflection. I have gotten an opportunity to tune into my coaching clients on a deeper level, and with myself even deeper. I am called to share a small piece of my story.
🪄 I have been traveling this Earth doing what I love best, still in quest of the next thing - not realizing that I was already doing my own thing: Heal the Collective. There are many tools I use with the community we’ve created that has helped save them from injuries that slow them down in the arena - not just the physical roadblocks, but mental as well. That’s what Grow N Glow Fitness is eager to bring to you.

👑 But in the meantime, here are some moves I sneaked in for from the KING of Group Fitness (you can steal those mini dance moves too - I’m ALWAYS vibin 😎)
💭I remember those long work days as a full-time personal trainer within these walls, rushing my clients into classes so I could live vicariously through them. Now I’m back to feel it for myself.
💥🥊 Grateful for those who guide others through the battles in life with heart and courage. your classes bring forth an uplifting camaraderie I have never witnessed before - I just had to come back for a dose of my medicine
