Hey Parents & Students!

We are EXCITED to announce that we are RE-OPENING Parks Martial Arts – Pembroke Pines Tuesday, May 26th for regular scheduled class times!

We would like to thank all the wonderful Parents & Students who have shown us tremendous support and loyalty to our school during this crisis. We are blessed beyond to have you in our family and it means the world to us!

One of the many values martial arts teaches us is to constantly grow from unique challenges that we may face. Whether it's good or bad we must learn from it and become a better person from that experience!

We understand that it's going to take a minute for everyone to regain confidence and momentum in their daily lives. But, we are all strong and we need to get back to normalcy.

Here are some things to expect and consider when coming back to class:

*You have the option to watch your child in class from the lobby or practice social distancing and watch class from outside

*You and your child have the option to wear mask in the school and during practice

*We will have sanitizer wipes available for all students and parents

*We will sanitize all training pads, equipments, and kicking bags in between classes

*DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO CLASS IF THEY ARE SICK!!!!!


In addition to our regular classes we will continue our Virtual LIVE classes. Here are the new times for our Zoom Virtual Live classes:

Monday:

White Uniform: 3:00

Red Uniform: 3:45

Blue Uniform: 4:30

Black Uniform: 5:15

ALL Levels: 6:10

Tuesday:

All Levels: 8:15pm

Wednesday:

All Levels: 8:15pm

Thursday:

All Levels: 7:15pm

Saturday:

All Levels: 9am

Again, we're excited to SEE everyone back in class and teaching you LIVE…we miss all our students making noises, hitting targets, kicking each other LOL…WE TRULY MISS YOU GUYS!!!

Dear Parents & Students,

Due to COVID-19 we have decided with mixed emotions to cancel classes (last class was MARCH 18), BUT we have exciting news, we have decided to move all classes LIVE ONLINE TRAINING! Virtual Online Classes will start Monday, March 23rd!!!

This means nothing will change; students will continue to take AWESOME classes as if they were taking regular classes. Students will receive class credits as usual towards next BELT advancement. Classes will we held through ZOOM here's the link to down load app [https://zoom.us/](https://zoom.us/)

White Uniform Group White & Yellow Classes: Mon Tue Wed Thur

Red Uniform Group Orange-Green-Purple Classes: Mon Tue Wed Thur @3:45pm

Blue Uniform Group Blue-Brown-High Brown Classes: Mon Tue Wed Thur @4:30pm

Black & Grey Uniform Group Red Belt & UP: Mon Tue Wed Thur @5:15pm

FITNESS KICKBOXING: Mon Tue Wed Thur @6:10pm

If you miss any classes, NOT TO WORRY see the replay on YouTube. (We are new to ONLINE Virtual Classes so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be patient with us as we are setting this up presently)

1️⃣First Step- Please download the ZOOM app on your phone, computer, tablets or anywhere you are planning to watch our classes.

2️⃣Second Step- Please make sure you're part of our PRIVATE PARKS MEMBERS ONLY page (We will send you a private link)

3️⃣Finally- We have a special complimentary new Punching & Kicking Target for online classes, you can pick it up at our school this Thursday & Friday from 2pm-6pm and Saturday from 10am-1pm

Also to keep our students MOTIVATED and participating in our online virtual classes we will give all parents PURPLE STRIPES to reward your child for every online virtual class they train in. We will use the Purple Stripes to mark students attendance during this time.

PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILD WEAR THEIR UNIFORM AND BELT WHEN PARTICIPATING IN ONLINE VIRTUAL CLASS.

Let's take this opportunity to help teach our children perseverance as we face difficult challenges and continue your journey to Black Belt & beyond as a family. "I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!"

Parents this crisis is an opportunity to teach our kids “GRIT” by staying focused on their goal, work around challenges such as this and that flexibility is one of the essences to succeed in life. "I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!"
