Great career .simon84 . I had a chance to see him play live a few times and he is one of the best examples of counter punching tennis, never in a rush, slowly breaking down his opponents by getting to their weaknesses.
Finally amazing weather in Florida. Just enjoying playing some points and hitting onehanded backhands.
This video shows how to do it and not whether you should do it. Give it a try, if your body accepts it and you feel extra pop on the ball, that’s great, leave a comment.

Eating spinach is not enough to swing that thing. My arm literally was dead after 2 minutes. Maybe wooden racquets and poly strings are bad combo. I didn’t want to spend $50 on natural gut. Now I have even more respect for that generation that had to suffer playing with wooden sticks.
