Just thirty minutes south of Boston, River Wind Farm is an established hunter/jumper barn that offers riders of all ages and abilities exceptional instruction. The trainers at River Wind Farm work with their students to meet their individual goals. River Wind Farm's long-standing reputation on the show circuit has attracted competitive horses and riders from the region for over forty years. We offer riding lessons for both casual and competitive riders. Each year River Wind Farm riders qualify for prestigious year-end finals and consistently place in the ribbons. River Wind also trains horses for the show ring. Our trainers have enjoyed tremendous success as professional riders, both bringing along green prospects and showcasing our horses' talents.

RWF current sales list:

1. I’ll Be There: 16.2 10 yo gelding. Alby has a great jumping style, a great change and is as kind as they come. Suitable for adults and juniors alike, he has taken his current rider from the 2’6” to the junior hunters with great success. Rider off to college

2. Glow: 16.0 6yo TB Mare. Glow has really blossomed over the last few months with championship ribbons in the 2’ hunters and equitation at the last few shows. She’s brave and forgiving, has a great change and has been used in our IEA and lesson program.

3. Carreras 14: 14yo Oldenburg gelding that has experience in all three rings. Top 10 finish MHC Junior medal finals, ribbons in the adult jumpers at WEF. Super brave and willing, but more suitable for a gritty jr/am and best with consistent work and ample turnout. Does require routine maintenance.

4. Riverdale B4: 9yo Canadian Sporthorse gelding. Brave and uncomplicated and ready to go in any direction! Recently champion in the Baby Greens at Northampton Hunter Jumper.

5. Cantusido 10 yo 17.1 gelding. Scopey, brave and forgiving with a comfortable canter and big step. Sid is happy in all 3 rings!

Lindel Tucker won πŸ₯‡ the MHJ and MHC Junior Medals qualifying for both finals. Olivia Crone and cstanwood.eq qualified for NEHC Junior and Adult Finals respectively with class wins πŸ₯‡. cstanwood.eq and Karen Salon qualified for THIS/NHS Adult Finals with a πŸ₯‡ πŸ₯ˆ finish. Ella Sullivan was πŸ₯ˆ in the WEC Cup and rode beautifully in the Medal and Maclay! Molly Swain πŸ₯‡ won the MHJ Children’s Medal, 14& Under Eq and qualified for MHC Mini Medal Finals. Lillian Hill qualified for MHC Mini Medal with a class win πŸ₯‡. Leila Torres piloted her young hunter beautifully for his first show in the πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ. Allison Gurley πŸ₯‡ won a 2’ hunter class and Lily Murphey made her Short Stirrup Debut on Graham Cracker!

Highlights Include:

and Re*****on were πŸ₯‰ in the Hamel/NHS out of 32, took home top ribbons in the Junior Hunters and 10th in the Derby. Ella also piloted Linus to speedy rounds and a top 10 finish in the 1.05m Classic (thank you )

had great ribbons in the children’s hunters and a speedy rounds in the .85m jumpers!

Victoria Nagle and Cascade won πŸ₯‡ a Low Children’s Hunter class, were πŸ₯ˆ in the classic and even moved up to the 2’9” with great results in a competitive 14 and under Equitatjon division!

and High Society wrapped up the week with smooth, definitive rounds in the jumper ring
_ and Premier Amour continued to improve all week in the .85m jumpers coming away with smooth clear rounds and several top 10 ribbons out of a competitive field!
