Don't forget about the GOLDEN TICKET AWARD! Each driver that finishes in the top 10 in points is eligible to win. Those ten drivers will receive 1 ticket for each Kenyon Midget race they participated in during the 2026 season. If they participated in every race, then we will double their number of tickets, doubling their chance to win. This award is supported by our series sponsors and supporters that have doated to the award. Right now we have $3350 pledged, which will go to the single golden ticket that is pulled at our season ending banquet.

Two races remain, and the points battles are tight. Isaac Johnson comes out of the Speedrome with a 26 point advantage over Ayrton Houk. Evan Hammond and Dameron Taylor are not far behind. And Evan Patton has now moved his way in to the top 5.

We are pleased to award the Big Ben Memorial Kenyon Midget test to Marcella Spain. We had six great competitors that applied for the test, and raced the Big Ben Memorial race today with the MINI-INDY SPEEDWAY quarter midget club. All six applicants ran well today. But ultimately Marcella was chosen for this award as she ran a hard clean race, moved from her 8th starting position to challenge for the lead, and ultimately finished the race on second place. Congrats to all of the participants. Thanks to Ben’s family and the Mini Indy QMC for helping organize this award. We look forward to seeing Marcella turn her first Kenyon Midget laps during our new driver test in October at Anderson Speedway.
