🥎Saturday was a HIT for our Fall UPGSL teams!🥎
🥎We would like to introduce our Fall Lineup!
(We want to assure you, they came up with these names all on their own, but clearly had the same thought 💙😉)
12U- Blue Steal (Coach Judd)
10U- Blue Monsters (Coach Godshall)
8U- Blue Bombs (Coach Bertoni)
8U- Blue Dogs (Coach Leister)
The 8U teams- Blue Dogs and Blue Bombs- do not keep score, but if they did, it would show winners all around! 🥎💙💛 These girls tore up the fields, kept the parents on the edge of their seats, and had the fans laughing and smiling from start to finish!
The 10U Blue Monsters came out with heart and grit! While they did not walk away with the W, they certainly stole the hearts of their fans, showing off all their hard work and impressive skills. These girls were pumped up, got down to business, and played with pride! They battled through the final inning, ending the game with a final score of 3–7. 💪🥎
The 12U Blue Steal- started off strong with 2 runs in the first, 5 in the second, and 2 more to finish it off with a 9–6 WIN! 🎉 They made some impressive plays in the field, including a few double plays, and showed off their exceptional teamwork from start to finish. The girls made some great hits, had awesome pitching and of course- great STEALS!
A great day of softball all around- not to mention the community day table we held in East Greenville 💙💛🥎 It was a busy day for Upper Perk Girl Softball and we can’t wait to see what these teams do this upcoming Saturday for game # 2!!
