There’s a lot of information out there when it comes to losing weight, here’s my few things to keep in mind⤵️

Less food does not mean more fat loss-
Rather than focusing on eating less food, focus on eating better foods! (Whole foods, fruits and veggies, etc)

Hours of cardio isn’t going to do it-
Doing cardio does help, but it’s not the only tool when it comes to weightloss. Having a balance between strength training and cardio is a go to combo to try👀

Rest Days are apart of your program, use them-
Overworking the body doesn’t have a positive outcome, giving muscles and joints time to recover is crucial for becoming stronger💪🏽

If feel like you’re doing everything right but nothing is happening then let me take the guesswork out for you.

Planned to go to the gym yesterday morning, I didn’t go. Woke up day 1 of my cycle and I was down for the count. (tmi? Nah, we’re all adults here🥴)

Woke up today, went to the gym and did yesterday’s workout, which honestly went a lot better than it would have went yesterday! Best part is, by the end of the week all of my lifts will be done and I’ll back on track.

Moral of the story: don’t let one day of “off plan” mess up the rest of the week, that goes for your workout plan and everyday life. We wake up, and try again. 🔐
