Group Fitness with Lea

I had such a fun first week teaching fitness classes at the Parker Rec Center and Parker Fieldhouse! My happy place!

I can’t believe I’m actually typing this! We have one more month in Florida, so join me for some bad a$$ playlists and sweat sessions before I head west!

For Healthy Heart month, here’s a little feature on my group fitness classes at the Gulf Breeze YMCA! Every week I look forward to Wednesday and Friday mornings because of the amazing people in that room. ❤️

February - Exercising Together Lea is one of our group fitness instructors at our Community YMCA at Gulf Breeze. She teaches both cardio and strength classes, which are great to get your heart rate up and improving cardiovascular health.

Need to get out of the house to save your sanity…I got u. Tomorrow (Friday) 8am Total Body, next week on Wed HIGH Fitness 8am and Friday Total Body at 8am, Gulf Breeze YMCA. LETS FINISH 2023 STRONG 💪🏼
